IPSE’s post-Budget report provides a comprehensive review of the implications of the Chancellor’s Autumn Budget for the self-employed. This document has been prepared for IPSE by Rebecca Seeley Harris, a legal expert specialised in the employment and tax status of the self-employed.
Rebecca has previously worked as part of a small team of experts who drafted the Employment Status Review 2015, reporting directly to the Chancellor. The report covers a range of topics, including the off-payroll working rules, VAT registration threshold and the taxation of dividends.
This report is member only content. You can download the document here.
