IPSE continues to push hard against the changes to IR35, lobbying government and raising awareness in the media. (You can watch our full evidence session in the House of Lords here and read our response to the government review here.) However, as many clients are already revising their hiring policies, it is best to be ready.
Andy Chamberlain will give a presentation on the changes to IR35 and what they will mean for contractors. This will include how IR35 responsibility works in complex supply chains, how to navigate the CEST tool, as well as a look at some of the tweaks announced in the government.
There will also be plenty of opportunity for questions.
IPSE's Senior Researcher Inna Yordanova will talk through our research on how the changes will affect freelancers and businesses across the UK.
