In the lead up to National Freelancers Day, IPSE are heading to Manchester to host this pre-event focusing on the health and wellbeing of freelancers.

During the evening we will enjoy a keynote session led by Michelle Pratt, Learning & Development Consultant and Coach.
Michelle will lead the session 5 ways to wellbeing: This will cover why being self-employed can be such an emotional rollercoaster and 5 areas to focus on to improve and maintain your wellbeing. She will explore your environment, your support network, your capability, your self-talk and how you see yourself.

Please note this is a change to the original keynote speaker Kerry Needs.

The second half of the evening will be a panel discussion looking at some of the key methods and opportunities available to help maintain wellbeing as a freelancer and ending with drinks, canapes and networking.
