IPSE invites you to a game of My Money, the Journey. Allowing you to explore all areas of finance, this event is based on a board game so you can receive answers to your biggest freelance financial concerns. My Money, the Journey, is for both those new to self-employment and those at more experienced levels - there is something for everyone!

 

We have a range of industry experts joining us as our Stationmasters offering insights and practical tips on setting up, finding work, investments, mortgages, setting rates and more! They will be here to answer any questions you may have around finances. Details about the station specific advisors will be released soon, so keep checking back here.

 

There will be ample time for you to pick up a drink, a bite to eat and relax, as well as to network. So, grab your friends and enter the game of My Money, the Journey. Are you ready to roll the dice?

Event Schedule

18.30 – Welcome: Rulebook introduction at registration.

18.30-21.00 – Drinks and nibbles

18.30 – The Journey game starts

18.50 – Workshops commence

20.30 – Game ends, networking continues

21.00 – Close

 

 

Brief instructions

IPSE’s annual My Money event allows you to map your financial journey:

-Upon arrival you will be greeted by the My Money Navigators who will hand you a welcome pack that will include your passport through the game.

-You will then be prompted by your travel tokens to visit a My Money Stationmaster where you will have 10-minute slots to ask your finance questions

-Upon completing your My Money Journey you have the chance to be entered into our prize draw, so don’t forget to return to the My Money Navigators to show them your fully stamped passport.
