Simon, a self-employed marketing strategist, IPSE member, and advocate for neurodiversity in business, was diagnosed with ADHD once he became self-employed. He then created Neurodiversity in Media: The 4S Manifesto (Systems, Spaces, Safety & Support) to help companies represent the neurodiverse in the workplace.
