Improving performance through positive mental pathways

  • Webinar

In this webinar we will explore how thought patterns are formed and how can you apply the concept of rewiring your brain to help set you up for success.

We will look at recognising and identifying cognitive distortions in ourselves so that with greater gains in self-awareness we can rewire our thinking patterns and understand ourselves better  in order to improve performance.

We will then look at how we can apply this thinking not just to ourselves but to the clients and teams we are working with to build a positive culture and a resilient team able to work together to deliver in challenging environments.

In this webinar Sarah and Alison will explore:

  • Cognitive distortions
  • A Few Tools to Challenge Thoughts
  • Thinking like a CEO (of my freelance career)
  • A Few Tools to Enhance Resilience
  • The 3 Ps of Emotional Resilience
  • Building trust through communications
  • The importance of listening

By the end of this webinar individuals will leave with an understanding of how we can rewire our thinking patterns to develop positive mental pathways. By examining our behaviour and thought processes and implementing positive changes we can, not only enhance our professional and personal growth but also, improve that of our clients and teams.
