Illness and injury cover
If you are ill or injured for three or more weeks and cannot work, IPSE will compensate you up to £2k.
Tax & IR35 investigation cover, including pre-dispute
If your tax affairs are investigated by HMRC, IPSE will provide you with a team of experts who can take this off your plate, and financial cover for legal fees up to £100k. IPSE Director members can also receive up to £500 per day compensation for tax compliance meetings up to £1500, as per your contract at the time.
Managed Service Company cover
Receive advice, regular Q&A sessions and protection from the next steps of HMRC’s enquires if you are involved in an MSC investigation.
Jury service cover
IPSE compensates Director members with up to £5,000 if you lose income due to getting called up for jury service. This cover applies whether you are working via your limited company or via an umbrella at the time.
End client and agency failure cover
Get protected with up to 10k for loss of earnings if you have an outstanding invoice with an end client or agency that is going bankrupt or into administration.
Contract failure cover
Get compensated up to £1,000 if you find yourself in a situation where the agency you’re working through or your end client doesn’t meet the terms of the contract that you have with them.
