The Pensions Advisory Service Mid-Life Review
- 17 Aug 2018
The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) are offering IPSE members the opportunity to take part in a Mid-Life Review.
The review will be aimed at self-employed people aged 35-55 and will aim to identify if you’re on track for your retirement plans and if not how best to make your goals more achievable.

The Mid-life Review is a telephone appointment, which will be held at a time of your choosing with a TPAS pension specialist. The appointment will provide impartial and independent guidance to help you think about your pension planning and your next steps. The appointment will be a conversation about your personal circumstances, which may cover your current financial, work, family and health situation, discussing how your circumstances may influence your pension and retirement plans.
You’ll receive:
- Dedicated time and guidance on your pension and retirement plans with a pension specialist
- A summary of the appointment providing all the key points and information
TPAS are launching the new service in an effort to support self-employed people with the particular retirement issues they face.
