In this blog, we’ll go through the key benefits of the IPSE Incubator, our programme designed to support those taking their first steps on their self-employment journey.

You’ll gain access to all the answers you need to launch your business or side hustle quickly. With over 25 years of expertise, we’ve built this program knowing that you don't have time (or money) to waste when getting your idea off the ground.

What’s included? Expert guidance, tools and templates

We’ve structured the programme over four weeks, but you’ll be given instant access to everything so that you can ultimately set your own pace. Each week features a blend of videos and downloadable resources:

Week 1: The foundation
From creating a solid business plan to understanding the best setup for your business—this week equips you with practical tools like SWOT analysis, competitor research, and a formation checklist.

Week 2: Branding and money
Gain insights into pricing, cash flow management, pitching for work, and protecting your intellectual property as you prepare to showcase your value to potential clients.

Week 3: Expansion and protection
This week covers the importance of insurance, crafting statements of work, and staying visible through networking, social media, and video marketing.

Week 4: Real-world challenges
From navigating contracts and securing referrals to managing difficult clients and chasing late payments, you’ll learn how to maintain strong professional relationships. Prepare for the tax year with downloads on tax deadlines and year-end compliance.

While all of this can be accomplished in 30-days or less, you'll have access to all the resources for one year, allowing you to set your own pace or revisit materials for future reference.
