IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed) is delighted to announce a new partnership with language learning platform busuu. The platform is the world’s largest social network for language learning, providing courses to over 80 million members worldwide.

Through the deal, IPSE members now have a 20 per cent discount on busuu subscriptions, which include all 12 of the platform’s comprehensive web and mobile language courses. It’s an ideal way for freelancers to boost their language skills – whether it’s so they can travel more in their leisure time, or to meet the needs of an ever more globalised business environment.

Chris Bryce, IPSE CEO, commented: “This unique partnership with busuu will be extremely helpful to our members. In this age of global business and digital nomads, language learning is increasingly important to freelancers – whether roving writers travelling the world, or IT contractors in the UK looking to broaden their business horizons. And busuu is the perfect way to help our members get the language skills they need.”

Claire Howard-Jones, Head of Marketing at busuu, commented: “busuu is delighted to partner with IPSE, the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self Employed in the UK. This means that IPSE members will have access to 12 different language courses via busuu's award-winning app or online. busuu is used by over 80 million customers worldwide and is widely credited for its easy-to-use content and ability to connect learners with native speakers to practice their skills.”
