CMME and IPSE join forces to help freelancers realise their homeowning dreams
- 4 Jun 2020
IPSE is partnering with CMME, a leading mortgage and protection broker specialising in freelancers and the self-employed.
Through the partnership, IPSE members will be able to access CMME’s dedicated helpline and get specialist advice on accessing mortgages and protection suitable for freelancers. Any member who obtains a mortgage using CMME’s services will also get a free £50 Amazon voucher.
Suneeta Johal, Director of Commercial Development at IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed), said: “We are delighted to be partnering with CMME to help our members realise their housing dreams. Too often, with non-specialist providers, self-employed people can find it difficult to get mortgages and protection. Too often, lenders don’t account for freelancers’ flexible incomes. With CMME and its dedicated helpline, however, our members will be able to get the specialist advice they need – and help to find the flexible mortgages and protections they need.”
Mike Coshott, CEO of CMME said: “We are excited to be partnering with IPSE and look forward to bringing our award winning mortgage & protection service to their members. For over 15 years we’ve been dedicated to servicing the needs of Britain’s freelancers, contractors and the self-employed; ambitious, enterprising professionals who’ve backed themselves to make their own way in life. We understand the unique way they work and that sometimes this can limit their choices when it comes to financial services. Our specialist expertise, combined with the trusted relationships we’ve built with banks, lenders and other financial service providers across the UK, means we can secure our clients the mortgages and financial protection they truly deserve.”READ MORE
