Extraordinary General Meeting 2026

An Extraordinary General Meeting for IPSE will take place via Zoom at 5pm-5:30pm on Tuesday 3rd November 2026.

We are asking members to approve an updated version of IPSE’s Articles of Association, the rulebook that sets out how IPSE is run and governed.

The meeting will consider the following resolution, which is proposed as a special resolution:

That the Articles of Association of the Company be deleted in their entirety and replaced by the Articles of Association in the form attached in substitution for all former articles of association.

To pass, at least 75% of the votes cast must be in favour. The Board unanimously recommends that you vote in favour.

Attend on Zoom: Please log in at 4:50pm so we can verify your membership. Votes can be cast during the meeting.

Appoint someone else as your proxy: Email [email protected] before midday on Tuesday 3rd November with your proxy’s name, email address and your membership number. Your proxy must attend the meeting to represent you.
