Campaigning for the Self-employed

For over 20 years, IPSE has led the fight against IR35, highlighting the devastating impact of the legislation on the self-employed – and in 2022, we succeeded in securing government’s commitment to overturn the damaging Chapter 10 reforms.

Government has since reversed on this commitment, but we continue to impress the need for reform to IR35.

We also campaign on behalf of the self-employed on issues such as late payment, financial wellbeing, umbrella company market regulation and employment status reform.
