How the Review Process Works
- Choose your service
Visit the Contract Review section of the IPSE portal and select either an IR35 Review or a Contract Health Check. - Upload your documents
- For an IR35 Review: download the questionnaire, complete it, and upload it with your contract.
- For a Contract Health Check: simply upload your contract.
- Make payment (where required)
Contract Health Checks and any optional fast-track services can be paid for directly through the IPSE portal. - IPSE shares your file securely with Qdos
You’ll receive a confirmation once your documents have been passed to the Qdos team. - Qdos carries out your review
All reviews are completed by experienced UK-based IR35 and contract specialists. - Receive your report
