To minimise any delays in dealing with your request, please note:
- Standard reviews will be completed within 5 working days, Express reviews will be completed within 24 business hours
- Reviews submitted after 12pm will commence on the next business day
- The delivery timescales relate to normal business hours (9am-5pm) and exclude weekend and public holidays
- IPSE’s contract review service is provided by Markel
- The contract review service will not commence until the contract has been uploaded and the Business Practice Questionnaire has been completed
