What is your client doing about IR35?

If the changes to IR35 go ahead in the private sector, they will do serious damage to the contractor community. In fact, we know that even before they come into effect, they are harming thousands of contractors across the UK.
Afraid of the complexity of IR35, client businesses have already started moving their contractor workforces into umbrella companies, onto PAYE, or even scrapping them altogether.
It doesn’t seem government foresaw this or understand how widespread this is. We need to show them.
