Mandy Clarke, has stepped down from the Board having completed seven years as an elected non-executive director, serving on the audit & risk and nominations committees.
More recently, Mandy was Co-Chair of the Board with Iain Sturrock, who will continue as Chair of IPSE.
Following the end of Mandy’s time as a non-executive director, IPSE will be hosting a round of elections to fill two positions on the Board from within membership, with nominations opening 6 November.
Iain Sturrock, Chair of IPSE, said: “It has been a pleasure to work side by side with Mandy these past two years to help steer IPSE through the post-pandemic period.
“Mandy’s knowledge and understanding of IPSE, as well as her expertise as a Board member, has been indispensable and will be greatly missed. I wish her all the very best for the future.”
Mandy Clarke, outgoing Co-Chair, said: “It’s been a privilege to serve on the IPSE Board and as Co-Chair with Iain. I’m proud of the work we’ve done supporting members and steering the organisation through some challenging times.
“IPSE is now well placed to grow and become even more influential, and I wish it every success."
