IPSE is delighted to announce that Matt Searle has today been re-elected to the Board. A Director since 2015, he has already been IPSE Deputy Chairman, served on the Audit and Risk Committees and led the governance reform working party. Having come top of a strong field of contenders, he will now be serving another three-year term on the Board.

With a degree in Management from one of the UK’s leading business schools, Matt has enjoyed a long and highly successful career in technical consultancy, taking him through the private and public sectors – and right across the UK. Now he is based in East Lancashire, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.

IPSE Chairman James Collings commented: “It will be fantastic to have Matt back on the Board for another three years. Not only has he achieved a huge amount for IPSE in his time here; he’s also a pleasure to work with.

“There was a broad spread of very strong contenders this year, so I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time and effort to put themselves forward. Being an IPSE Director is a big commitment in many ways, so it was brilliant to see so many dedicated and highly competent people ready and willing to serve on the Board.”
