Future Investment & Pension Planning session
This session focuses on your longer-term financial future and may cover:

- How pensions and investments can work alongside self-employed income
- What your current approach could mean for your future
- Practical, realistic next steps to improve long-term financial security
Mortgage & Remortgage session
This session focuses on your property and mortgage options and may cover:
- Reviewing your current mortgage or remortgage options
- How lenders assess self-employed income and affordability
- Securing a mortgage or remortgage early to protect against rate changes
- Understanding current market conditions and what they mean for you
Members are welcome to book both sessions if they’d like support across future planning and property
