One of the most significant gaps still facing women today is financial security. On average, men have nearly twice as much in their pensions as women. Career breaks, childcare costs, the gender pay gap and lower levels of financial confidence all contribute to this disparity. For self-employed women, the challenges of building long-term financial stability can feel even greater.
In this special session marking International Women’s Day, award-winning financial adviser Rubekka Sharma will explore the realities behind the financial gap between men and women and share practical strategies to help close it.
