IPSE will head to Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, and London during the week of National Freelancers Day.

Events will be hosted at AndCo venues to bring freelancers together to master new skills, meet other local freelancers and co-work alongside one another for a day.

Presentation on how to resolve client disputes:

There will be a co-working area where you can use the superfast Wi-Fi for working. At lunchtime attendees will hear from Markel on how to resolve client disputes.

Disagreements are inevitable in business and some of these can give rise to disputes, no matter what you do to reduce the risk of this happening. Resolving these can be stressful, time-consuming and expensive.

In this lunch and learn session, Aaron Marshall - Markel Law Partner and Head of Legal Expenses Insurance, explains how to effectively manage and resolve business disputes including:

• How to limit your exposure ahead of time
• How building a robust contract and having insurance can help
• When and how to seek legal advice
