For November’s Member Meet-Up we want to share our latest research on the impact of IR35 and hear how the changes are impacting on your freelance business.
Up for discussion will be the financial impact of IR35, the use of the CEST tool, provision of a Status Determination Statement and whether the changes have brought about conflicts with end-clients over status determinations.
With IPSE due to give evidence to the House of Lords Finance Bill Sub-Committee as part of their follow-up inquiry into the IR35 reforms in the private sector, the conversation will feed into our evidence with the sub-committee keen to hear the experiences of freelancers.
The discussion will be facilitated by IPSE’s Director of Policy, Andy Chamberlain. To keep the discussion manageable, spaces are limited and given on a first-come-first-served basis.
