After 15 years at IPSE contributing to and leading our policy work, Andy is moving on from IPSE. He has consistently worked to protect and defend the rights of the self-employed, particularly in relation to IR35 which was the original reason that IPSE was formed.
He is a well-known and recognised expert and lobbyist in this field and in more recent years led efforts to give a voice to the self-employed in other policy areas such as Managed Service Company legislation, prompt payments and pensions.
We are immensely grateful for Andy’s longstanding commitment and dedication to IPSE, and for his leadership of the policy team which will continue its research, lobbying and policy work on behalf of our members. We wish him much success in the future.
