Sherpa to sponsor IPSE’s National Freelancers Day

IPSE is delighted to announce that Sherpa, a tailored insurance provider specialising in the self-employed market, will sponsor National Freelancers Day.

Experts in creating easy, flexible and trustworthy insurance packages customised specifically to each individual, Sherpa will also be speaking on two National Freelancers Day panels: ‘The future of self-employment’ and ‘Finance panel: ask the experts’.

Chris Kaye, Sherpa Co-Founder, commented: “Sherpa is changing the world of insurance, offering free regulated advice, commission free insurance, with all of your insurance in one place and specifically designed for the self-employed. Sherpa is delighted to be working with IPSE to promote the vital role that freelancers play in our society and to support the self-employed with their unique needs.”

Chris Bryce, IPSE CEO, added: “Sherpa shares IPSE’s vision of creating the most business-friendly environment for our booming self-employed community. At NFD we endeavour to bring together experts from across the self-employed spectrum. So, as both a sponsor and speaking on two exciting panels, we’re delighted to have Sherpa on board for what promises to be the biggest and best National Freelancers Day yet.”

Whether you’re a career freelancer, have just started out, or are simply considering taking the plunge, you’ll find something at National Freelancers Day. The day will also address fundamental – yet often underappreciated topics –  around self-employment such as mental health.

Held at King’s Place in central London on Thursday 28 June, the day will include a huge variety of insightful seminars, speeches, panel sessions and interactive workshops.

Structured around four key streams – health and wellbeing, digital, winning work, and financial – the day will bring together speakers from a range of industries, specialisms and companies. With complimentary headshots, free lunch and a showcase where you can network with other freelancers, purchase work and even have a massage, it promises to be a day to remember.
