IR35 has to be one of the most controversial and contested pieces of tax legislation in recent years. Also known as ‘intermediaries legislation’, IR35 is a set of rules that affect your tax liabilities if you’re contracted to work for a client through an intermediary – typically your own limited company.

For those working in the public sector, things are set to get even more difficult with the introduction of radical changes to who determines IR35 status and how tax is paid.

Join us to find out from Andy Chamberlain, Deputy Director of Policy and External Affairs at IPSE what the IR35 rules are, how they’re changing and how they could affect your business.
This will be an interactive event – there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
