Last week, the policy team’s webinar focused on alternatives to IR35, such as the ‘Engagers Tax’ and ‘Freelancer Limited Company’, taking in your feedback and personal stories of how contracting has been affected by IR35.
Andy and Ryan from IPSE’s policy team will use this week to answer your burning questions on IR35. They will run through a quick overview of the legislation and any relevant updates, before answering some of the outstanding questions from last week, such as:

• If I work in Europe, will I be affected
• How will SDS’s work, are they essential?
• Does the small company exemption apply to me and my engagement?
• How will it affect multiple, overlapping contracts?
