For September’s member meet-up we want to return to IR35 and the impact it’s having on your business. As usual, members will be able to share their experiences with one another and we will also be able to share with you the results of our very recent survey (as yet unpublished) on the impact of IR35 on contractors. The conversation will feed into the research, adding a qualitive aspect to the quantitative work we’ve already done.
Absolutely anything related to IR35 is up for discussion but we are especially interested to hear about how your clients are making determinations, whether they are using the CEST tool, and to what degree, if at all, you were able to input into the decision making process.
The discussion will be facilitated by IPSE’s Director of Policy, Andy Chamberlain. To keep the discussion manageable, spaces are limited and given on a first-come-first-served basis.
