Course information
Working life is full of problems...
Of course, you solve most of them without even thinking about it. However, it’s those big decisions and knotty problems are when you need to think. And think carefully. Make a poor decision and you could regret it for a long time.
Most of us then could do with a little help when it comes to solving serious problems. Unfortunately, how we’re taught to think - from schools, to university and in our jobs - comes up short. This is where this unique workshop will help give you a strategic advantage.
Based on the latest psychological research, this interactive workshop breaks problem solving into seven easy-to-apply steps:
1. Frame
2. Diagnose
3. Analyse
4. Prioritise
5. Synthesise
6. Workplan
7. Monitor
For each of these seven stages - the what, why, how, and do - this workshop will reveal a systematic approach to creative problem solving that will work in any field or industry. Adopt this system and you’ll become a highly sought-after problem solver who can tackle challenges that others avoid.
