Collection of personal details
If you contact us by completing a form on this web site, your email address and, optionally, other personal information will be stored. This information will be used to contact you and to help us understand your requirements. If you allow it, we will also use your email address to send you information about IPSE and its products and services from time to time. Whenever we write to you using your email address, we will give you the option to have your email address permanently removed from the mailing list. IPSE undertakes never to sell, rent or share its mailing lists.
If you wish to update or delete any of the information that we hold about you, or would like to see what information we hold about you, please send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we hold your details because you signed up for a newsletter, they will be used only to send you newsletters and special announcements.
If you are a IPSE member, your details will be held in a dedicated members' list for the purpose of communicating with you by post, telephone or email about your membership, sending you email newsletters and IPSE publications such as the quarterly newsletter, and other communications deemed appropriate from time to time.
IPSE also maintains a database for customer service, marketing and public relations purposes. This includes details of affiliate members and the services that they provide, as well as complementary organisations, potential sponsors and advertisers, unions and politicians.
Any other personal information you send us, for whatever purpose, is held in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party without your express permission, unless legally required.
If you are a IPSE member, you may at any time edit the user details you have supplied to IPSE by clicking here.
If you are a newsletter subscriber, you may at any time choose to opt out of receiving IPSE newsletters. By unsubscribing, you will cancel all online newsletters.
IPSE's web site may contain links to other sites, provided solely as a convenience to you. You are under no obligation to use any of these links, but if you choose to do so, please be aware that third party sites have separate content, privacy and data collection policies. We accept no responsibility or liability for these independent policies.
You are under no obligation to participate in any online surveys. Anonymity of individual respondents and protection of personal details will be maintained except where otherwise specified in a particular survey, or where the express permission of the respondent has been sought. Information gathered through surveys will be researched and compiled on an aggregated basis and results may be published by IPSE.
Survey information, where relevant, will also be used for your benefit to monitor or improve the use and satisfaction of this site.
